This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms & Conditions. By accessing or using the Platform, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
2.0 The Information We Collect and/or Receive
In the course of operating the Platform and providing the Services, the Company may collect and/or receive the types of information described below. You authorize the Company to collect and/or receive such information.
(a) Personal Information
In order for the Company to provide the Services and operate the Platform, you will be required to provide us with personal information, such as your name, email address, and password. All information that you voluntarily provide to the Company is collectively called "Personal Information."
(b) User Content
When you use the Platform, we collect and store the content you create, including project titles, goal descriptions, step details, notes, and any information you provide to the AI-powered features (collectively, "User Content").
(c) AI Interaction Data
When you use the AI-powered features of the Platform (such as the AI chat or step generation), we collect the prompts, messages, and content you submit to these features, as well as the AI-generated responses. This data may be processed by third-party AI service providers (such as OpenAI) pursuant to their own terms of service and privacy policies.
(d) Usage Information
We may automatically collect information about how you access and use the Platform, including but not limited to: pages visited, features used, actions taken, time spent on the Platform, and the dates and times of your visits.
(e) Device and Technical Information
We may collect information about the device and browser you use to access the Platform, including your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device identifiers, and screen resolution.
(f) Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain your authentication session, remember your preferences, and understand how the Platform is used. Essential cookies are required for the Platform to function. By using the Platform, you consent to the use of cookies as described herein.

- You should not input highly sensitive personal information (such as social security numbers, financial account numbers, or medical information) into the AI features.
- The Company is not responsible for how third-party AI providers handle, store, or use the data processed through their services.
5.0 Notice to Non-U.S. Residents
The Company, its Platform, and its Services are operated in the United States. Please be aware that your information may be transferred to, processed, and maintained on computers and systems located outside of your state, province, or country, where the privacy laws may not be as protective as those in your jurisdiction. If you are located outside the United States and choose to use the Platform, you hereby irrevocably and unconditionally consent to such transfer, processing, and use in the United States and elsewhere.

The Company does not currently monitor, recognize, or honor any opt-out or "Do Not Track" mechanisms, including general web browser "Do Not Track" settings.

The Platform is not intended for use by individuals under the age of eighteen (18). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.
